The death penalty

For many people the only fair punnishment for a murderer is the death penalty because it does not matter how many years they spend in prison they will still be murderers. The thought that a person can not be reformed after inprisonment is shared by every relative from a crime victim. Those people do not know in depth how the techniques for killing a prisoner are developed and for this reason they will keep supporting capital punishment.
Although these kind of punishment is only legal in some states of the United States there is a great amount of people sentenced to death. There is also a big risk that some innocent prisoners are executed and noone can change their fait.
There are people who prefer to see criminals spend the rest of their lives in prison instead of killing them. I think this is more logical because they will have live with the guilt of having done something awful to another person and at some moment they will change their way of thinking.
